TRADING CARDS

Like most of us, I began collecting cards as a kid. Each and every Target trip, I would pester my Mom. We made a trade, if I was patient as she browsed through the endless women's clothing section, I could pick out a pack of cards at the end. This is where a majority of my collection came from.

As I aged, I stepped away from the cards but my love for Baseball remained. As a big time Cleveland baseball fan and season ticket holder, I was left with a bad taste after an all too early elimination from the 2024 ALCS. I was searching for more. I treated myself to a Steven Kwan double relic autograph. When finding a spot for him in my big box of childhood cards, I soon found myself criss-cross-applesauce on the floor going through every card I collected from those weekly Target excursions.

My interests now mainly lie in Baseball cards, specifically collecting Cleveland players. My goal here is to cultivate a community of trading card hobbyists and baseball enthusiasts. Whether it's in a Men's league, at the ballpark, or opening packs, I love to surround myself with the game of Baseball. So sit down, grab some peanuts, and let's all share our love for the best game on Earth through cards and convos.
